Refund Policy

Do not return items to us unless instructed.

To ensure your refund is processed and tracked, please contact us first using the Contact Us form, so we can guide you on how to return your order and arrange a refund.

You may cancel your order and return items within 14 days of receiving your goods. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging, so that they are in a re-saleable condition.

We may deduct from your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them. Items returned in any other condition may result in your refund being declined, and the item may be disposed of.
